Micron Technology (MU) Receives $21/Share Bid from China's Tsinghua Unigroup - WSJ
Micron Technology (NASDAQ: MU) has received a $23 billion bid from China's Tsinghua Unigroup, according to the Wall Street Journal, which cited people familiar with the matter.
Tsinghua Unigroup offered $21 per share, or a 19.3% premium to Monday's closing price, the report said.
The news of the offer follows unusual activity in the stock on Friday.
