Traders Eye Experian plc (EXPGY), Equifax (EFX) as TransUnion (TRU) Prices IPO

Equifax (NYSE: EFX) and Experian plc (OTC: EXPGY) are on watch as TransUnion (NYSE: TRU) is set to conduct its IPO.

Ahead of the opening bell, TransUnion priced its 29,545,455 share common stock IPO at $22.50 each, which was toward the upper-range of its prior pricing expectations.
