HARMAN Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Harman International Industries, Incorporated (NYSE: HAR) declared a cash dividend on April 30, 2015 of $0.33 cents per share for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. The quarterly dividend will be paid on May 26, 2015, to each stockholder of record as of the close of business on May 11, 2015.
