Finish Line Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

INDIANAPOLIS, April 16, 2015 - The Finish Line, Inc. (NASDAQ: FINL) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share of outstanding common stock. The quarterly cash dividend will be payable on June 15, 2015 to shareholders of record as of May 29, 2015.

“As we close out our fiscal year, we recognize that our team worked hard to provide this return to our shareholders,” said Glenn Lyon, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, The Finish Line, Inc. “We drove expenses down and customer engagement up throughout the year to keep us on our growth trajectory. We launched our Winners Circle app, completed the Macy’s build out and expanded the Running Specialty Group to 76 stores across the country. Combined with the board’s recent authorization to continue our share repurchase program, those exemplify our efforts to provide direct return to shareholders.”
