(NYSE: DX) announced today that it will hold its 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Tysons Corner located at 1700 Tysons Boulevard, McLean, Virginia 22102. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on March 19, 2015 are entitled to vote their shares and attend the meeting.
