Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On March 6, 2015, Wayne Chang, Senior Vice President of SandRidge Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) and President of SandRidge Midstream, Inc., informed the Company of his intention to resign from his positions. Mr. Chang’s last day with the Company will be April 1, 2015.

The company also announced that Kevin Clement, Executive Vice President of the Company and President of Saltwater Gathering Operations, would assume Mr. Chang’s duties and oversee all of the Company’s midstream operations.
