Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 4, 2015, Western Refining, Inc. (“Western” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Company management will participate in the in the Simmons & Company 2015 Fifteenth Annual Energy Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada on Thursday, March 5, 2015. The meeting materials will be available beginning Thursday, March 5, 2015, on the Investor Relations section of Western's website at www.wnr.com, and will remain available in accordance with the Company's investor presentation archive policy. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
