On January�22, 2015, Robert J. Cindrich, a member of the Board of Directors (the �Board�) of Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc. (the �Company�), informed the Company that he will not stand for re-election when his term expires at the Company�s 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Mr.�Cindrich will continue to serve as a member of the Board until the Company�s 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Mr.�Cindrich�s decision is not due to any disagreement with the Company.
