Item 8.01 Other Events.

On January 15, 2015, the Company announced a cash dividend of $0.09 per share of the Companys outstanding common stock. The cash dividend will be payable on March 16, 2015 to shareholders of record as of February 27, 2015.

Finish Line Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend


INDIANAPOLIS, Jan. 15, 2015 - The Finish Line, Inc. (NASDAQ: FINL) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share of outstanding common stock. This represents a $0.01 per share or 13% increase over the previous dividend paid by the company. The quarterly cash dividend will be payable on March 16, 2015 to shareholders of record as of February 27, 2015.

We are pleased that we can continue to return value to our shareholders through this quarterly dividend, said Finish Line Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Glenn Lyon. We are also committed to increasing shareholder value by successfully executing the long-term growth strategies weve outlined for our Finish Line, Macys and Running Specialty Group business units.
