Autoliv (NYSE: ALV) may see additional upside stemming from the recent Takata airbag recall.
Exane sees Autoliv shares gaining 26 percent from additional business tied to the misfortune.
The gains should also help to offset negative foreign exchange impacts, which is expected to have a negative 4 percent impact on 2015 EBIT expectations.
Exane is raising its price target on Outperform-rated Autoliv from $118 up to $131 on the speculation. The firm sees Autoliv buybacks at 9 percent of market cap this year and over 20 percent within the next three years.
