McClellan Harris III, Senior Vice President and Assistant Secretary of American States Utility Services,�Inc. (�ASUS�), a wholly-owned subsidiary of American States Water Company, retired from his position at ASUS on November�21, 2014.� Robert J. Sprowls, President and Chief Executive Officer, has temporarily assumed Mr.�Harris�s duties.
