BofA/Merrill Lynch downgraded Huntington Ingalls (NYSE: HII) from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $106.00 (from $102.00), citing valuation as the shares approach fair value.
Analyst Ronald Epsteinc believes the stock price already incorporates the company’s recent improvement in margins and the more constructive fundamental outlook following the Bipartisan Budget Deal of 2013."
