Wells Fargo downgraded Vantiv (NYSE: VNTV) from Outperform to Market Perform with a price target of $27.00.
Analyst Timothy Willi said, "We believe VNTV's exposure to everyday spending categories, scalable technology platform and aggressive expansion into new channels (merchant banks, VARs and e-commerce) will drive strong transaction, net revenue and EPS growth during the next several years. At this point, we believe current valuations accurately reflect this favorable outlook."
