ePlus (PLUS) Announces 500K Share Buyback Plan

ePlus inc. (Nasdaq: PLUS) said its board authorized the Company to repurchase up to 500,000 shares of ePlus' outstanding common stock over a 12-month period commencing on September 16, 2012. The Company's current repurchase plan is scheduled to expire on September 15, 2012. ePlus had approximately 8.1 million shares of common stock outstanding as of July 31, 2012.
