Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 22, 2017, Matthew W. Buckingham resigned from his position as Senior Vice President, Firearms Division, effective December 8, 2017, to pursue other interests. Mr. Buckingham’s duties will be performed by P. James Debney, our President and Chief Executive Officer.
