Argus upgraded Eaton Corporation (NYSE: ETN) from Hold to Buy with a price target of $75.00.

The analyst said despite the rally, the shares are still 17% below their all-time highs.

They are boosting EPS forecast for 2017, as they expect a stable dollar and a corporate restructuring to improve profitability.
