BTIG Downgrades Ruckus Wireless (RKUS) to Neutral

BTIG downgraded Ruckus Wireless (NYSE: RKUS) from Buy to Neutral. Earlier it agreed to merger with Brocade (NASDAQ: BRCD).

Analyst Walter Piecyk said he wouldn't rule out the emergence another bidder given the standard break-up fee and possible interest from Ericsson (NASDAQ: ERIC), Nokia (NYSE: NOK), CommScope (NASDAQ: COMM), Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) or others.

Piecyk also said he does not believe there should be strong read through for other WiFi vendors like Aerohive Networks (NYSE: HIVE) or Ubiquiti Networks (NASDAQ: UBNT).
