Jefferies initiates coverage on comScore (NASDAQ: SCOR) with a Hold rating and a price target of $45.00.
Analyst Ryan Cary commented, "We are initiating with a Hold rating and $45PT. We applaud the strategic rationale of the Rentrak deal, the cross-sell opportunity, and SCOR's success growing vCE/Multi-Platform, which together could potentially drive material upside. Despite this, we see a number of overhangs (i.e., performance of the combined company, reception of cross-media, growth of core business) and await additional data points before becoming more positive on shares."
