Roth Capital Starts Glu Mobile (GLUU) at Buy

Roth Capital initiates coverage on Glu Mobile (NASDAQ: GLUU) with a Buy rating and a price target of $5.00.

Analyst Darren Aftahi commented, "GLUU, at current levels, provides an attractive entry point in light of: 1) the impending launch of Katy Perry Pop, 2) additional celebrity portfolio launches, 3) ’16 distribution of Tencent’s WeFire outside of Asia-Pac, and 4) a high degree of visibility into ‘16 game pipeline. We believe downside risk is limited with 44% of its market cap. in cash and trading at less than ~1x forward sales. We initiate coverage of GLUU with a Buy rating and $5 PT."
