Moleculin CEO discusses early MIRACLE trial data in investor segment

Moleculin Biotech, Inc. (Nasdaq: MBRX) announced that Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Walter Klemp participated in a Virtual Investor "What This Means" segment to discuss preliminary unblinded efficacy results from the MIRACLE trial.

The segment covers early efficacy data from the first 45 patients enrolled in Part A of the pivotal Phase 2/3 MIRACLE trial, which is evaluating Annamycin in combination with cytarabine, known as AnnAraC, for the treatment of relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia. Moleculin reports interim AML trial data showing higher remission rates

Moleculin Biotech, Inc. (Nasdaq: MBRX) announced interim efficacy results from the first 45 patients enrolled in Part A of its Phase 2/3 MIRACLE trial, evaluating Annamycin in patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (R/R AML).

Both Annamycin dose arms — 190 mg/m² and 230 mg/m² combined with high-dose cytarabine (HiDAC) — showed higher complete remission (CR) rates than the control arm. CR rates were 43% and 36% for the respective Annamycin cohorts versus 12% for the HiDAC control.
