Agilon Health (NYSE: AGL) reported that its Accountable Care Organizations achieved $229 million in gross savings during the 2024 performance year of the ACO Realizing Equity, Access and Community Health (ACO REACH) model, representing a 13.6% gross savings rate. Of that total, $54 million went to the Medicare Trust Fund.

The company's eight REACH ACOs operate under full risk and were responsible for the total cost and quality of care for approximately 121,000 Traditional Medicare beneficiaries in 2024.
