Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Effective this October 26, 2017, Christine Bullen, Chief Operating Officer of DAVIDsTEA Inc. (the “Company”) and President of its affiliate, DAVIDsTEA (USA) Inc., together with Edmund Noonan, Head of Real Estate, have ceased to be employed by the Company.  The Company does not intend to fill these roles at this time and therefore Mrs. Bullen’s and Mr. Noonan’s responsibilities are now being assumed by the broader DAVIDsTEA team.
