MELVILLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Verint® Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: VRNT) today announced that it received top customer survey scores in multiple vendor and product satisfaction categories of DMG Consulting LLC’s new 2017/2018 Speech Analytics Product and Market Report.

Verint Speech Analytics™ provides advanced functionality that automatically surfaces intelligence from thousands, even millions, of recorded calls to help organizations pinpoint cost drivers, trends and opportunities; identify strengths and weaknesses with processes and products; and understand how their offerings are perceived within the marketplace.
“The technical innovation that is coming from leading providers of speech analytics is very compelling,” notes Donna Fluss, president, DMG Consulting. “From the beginning of this market, DMG has pointed out that speech analytics solutions have great value for companies, but their contributions will increase as their capabilities are incorporated into other applications. This is absolutely the case as it applies to the customer journey.”
In the report, DMG stated there is great momentum in the speech analytics market and cited Verint as a clear market leader. According to DMG, Verint picked up the largest number of new user seats in the past 12 months.
“We are delighted to be recognized once again within DMG’s analysis of the speech analytics market,” adds Verint’s Elan Moriah, president, customer engagement solutions. “Achieving a perfect score from customers for overall vendor satisfaction reinforces that leading organizations trust Verint to power their evolution toward modern employee and customer engagement.”
