China Distance Education (NYSE: DL) reported Q3 EPS of $0.22, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter came in at $30.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $28.1 million.

Total course enrollments reached 956,000, an increase of 12.5% from the third quarter of fiscal 2015.

GUIDANCE:

China Distance Education sees Q4 2016 revenue of $35.6-37.4 million, versus the consensus of $34.2 million.
