Burlington Stores (BURL) Reports In-Line Q1 EPS; Guides FY15 EPS Below Consensus

Burlington Stores (NYSE: BURL) reported Q1 EPS of $0.41, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.41. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.18 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.22 billion.

Comparable store sales increased 0.8% which follows a comparable store sales increase of 2.7% in the first quarter of last year.

Burlington Stores reaffirmed its FY2015 EPS outlook at $2.15 - $2.25, with the consensus at $2.28 (from $2.26 prior).
