Jones, co-founder, president and chief executive officer of CastleOak Securities, L.P., a leading boutique investment bank headquartered in New York City, was elected at today's policyholder meeting.

Prior to CastleOak Securities, Jones was head of investment banking and capital markets at Blaylock & Company, Inc., where he worked closely with many of the firm's Fortune 500 clients. He joined Blaylock from Merrill Lynch, where he worked in the firm's investment banking and equity capital markets areas.

A native of Dayton, Ohio, Jones holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School, and a bachelor's degree from Boston University, as well as Series 7, 24 and 63 FINRA licenses. He is a member of The Wharton School Graduate Executive Board, board of overseers of Boston University, the board of the New Jersey All Stars project, the board of the Council of Urban Professionals, and a member of the New Jersey chapter of the World Presidents' Organization.
