Wells Fargo upgraded NYSE Euronext (NYSE: NYX) from Market Perform to Outperform. Valuation range to $40-$42 from $30-$32.

Wells analyst says, "Following several years of infrastructure buildout and M&A, we believe NYX has improved its competitiveness and service offering.
