Wells Fargo upgrades CarMax, Inc. (NYSE: KMX) from Market Weight to Outperform. Valuation range increased from $24-26 to $28-29.

Wells analyst says, "CarMax has the most consumer-friendly model in auto retailing, with unique competitive advantages and the opportunity to grow its store base by 3x. We also see a half dozen incremental opportunities for CarMax which don't get much airtime on the Street and are generally not yet reflected in our estimates."
