Wedbush upgrades US Ecology (Nasdaq: ECOL) from Underperform to Neutral. PT increased from $13 to $14.50.

Wedbush analyst says, "With the commencement of Phase I of the General Electric (NYSE: GE) Hudson River project and its recently announced acquisitions, including Stablex Canada, we now believe that the risk-reward profile for the company has shifted to neutral from unfavorable as outlined in our downgrade on July 28. We expect the recovery process, including commercial and real estate development, to remain prolonged, and challenges remain."
