Bare Escentuals, Inc. (Nasdaq: BARE) 45.8% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.18, 4 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter was $124.3 million, versus the consensus of $117.61 million.

MGM MIRAGE (NYSE: MGM) 41.4% HIGHER; and Dubai World through subsidiary Infinity World, 50/50 joint venture partners in the CityCenter project, yesterday announced that the companies have reached an agreement on a revised joint venture agreement and also reached an agreement with CityCenter's lenders on a comprehensive plan to fully fund the completion of CityCenter for its scheduled opening later this year. Revenue for the quarter was $193.4 million, versus the consensus of $178.14 million. Sees FY09 EPS of $1.25-$1.35, versus the consensus of $1.31. Eagle Rock Energy Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: EROC) 41.2% LOWER; In order to enhance its liquidity position, the Partnership has instituted a voluntary, temporary reduction in its quarterly distribution rate from $0.41 to $0.025 per common unit.

Pzena Investment Management (NYSE: PZN) 39.1% HIGHER; following a 14.4% surge yesterday on the back of Q1 earnings, the stock is continuing higher today amid a JPMorgan upgrade to Overweight.

Sunrise Senior Living, Inc. (NYSE: SRZ) 32.4% HIGHER; yesterday announced it has entered into a twelfth amendment to its Bank Credit Facility, which eliminates all financial covenants, except a minimum liquidity covenant, through the December 2, 2009 maturity date. The stock surged more than 75% yesterday on the news.

Quantum Corporation (NYSE: QTM) 22.9% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS ex-items of $0.02, 2 cents below the analyst estimate of $0.04. Revenue for the quarter was $168 million, versus the consensus of $185.54 million.

LoJack Corporation (Nasdaq: LOJN) 21.8% LOWER; reports a Q1 loss of $0.38 vs. consensus of $0.09 profit. Revenues were $27.8 million vs. $42.97 million consensus.

Build-A-Bear Workshop Inc. (NYSE: BBW) 18.8% LOWER; reports Q1 loss of $0.02, versus the analyst estimate of $0.11. Revenue for the quarter was $97.3 million, versus the consensus of $113.37 million.
