(Nasdaq: MBRK) 133% HIGHER; announced it received approval of its New Drug Application from the FDA, for its once-daily MOXATAG Tablets 775 mg for the treatment of adults and pediatric patients 12 years and older with pharyngitis and/or tonsillitis secondary to Streptococcus pyogenes (commonly referred to as strep throat).
Mercury Computer Systems (Nasdaq: MRCY) 31.9% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.04, 9 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.05). Revenues for the quarter were $52.6 million, versus the consensus of $52.18 million. Sees Q3 loss of $0.04 to $0.00, versus the consensus of $0.10. FY08 EPS $0.08 to $0.17, versus the consensus of $0.34.
THQ Inc. (Nasdaq: THQI) 29.8% LOWER; issued Q3, Q4 and FY08 EPS guidance: $0.23, ($0.06) and $0.05, respectively. The Wall Street consensuses are $0.66, $0.24 and $0.79. THQ was also downgraded to Sell at Broadpoint Capital and Hold at Kaufman Bros.
Flotek Industries (NYSE: FTK) 29.3% LOWER; lowered its previously issued FY07 EPS guidance from about $1.00 to $0.88-$0.92, versus the Street consensus of $1.02.
F5 Networks (Nasdaq: FFIV) 27% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.21, in line with analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenues for the quarter were $154.2 million, versus the consensus of $155.41 million. F5 is initiating a $200 million buyback.
Trimble (Nasdaq: TRMB) 21.5% HIGHER; is raising its previously announced Q4 revenue and earnings per share guidance. Trimble now expects revenue of $311 million to $313 million for the fourth quarter of 2007, compared to previously announced revenue guidance of $295 million to $300 million. The Company is also raising its expectations for its fourth quarter non-GAAP earnings per share from $0.24 to $0.26 to $0.28 to $0.29. The Wall Street consensus is $295.7 and $0.25, respectively.

Security Capital Assurance (NYSE: SCA) 20.8% LOWER; yesterday after the close announced it would not raise new capital due to uncertain macro conditions. Today, Fitch downgraded SCA's rating from 'AAA' to 'A'. Essentially, bond insurers need a triple-A rating in order to generate new business.
LSI Corp. (NYSE: LSI) 19.5% HIGHER; reported Q4 revenues of $741 million, versus the Street consensus of $644.51 million and adj-EPS of $0.13, versus $0.05.
Deluxe Corp. (NYSE: DLX) 17.8% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.77, versus the consensus of $0.79. Revenues came in at $414 million, versus the consensus of $420.2 million. Sees FY EPS of $3.00-$3.20, versus the consensus of $3.06.
Bronco Drilling (Nasdaq: BRNC) 17.5% HIGHER; is to be acquired by Allis-Chalmers Energy (NYSE: ALY) for approximately $437.8 million.
Plexus (Nasdaq: PLXS) 16.6% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.58, 2 cents worse than the analyst estimate of $0.60. Revenues for the quarter were $458 million, versus the consensus of $454.05 million. Guidance for Q2 earnings 46-51 cents versus 42 cents. Revenus for Q2 440-460 million versus 430 million.
