UPDATE - Nomura upgrades NVIDIA (Nasdaq: NVDA) from Neutral to Buy. PT $16.

Analyst, Romit Shah, said, "GPU and Mobile segments improving, valuation hard to ignore. We expect NVDA to beat current-quarter estimates on Friday, driven by strength in graphics. Further, Intel's (Nasdaq: INTC) Ivy Bridge launch should boost GPU rates in July period. Trading at a 20% yield on enterprise value to free cash flow, versus a comp group average of 11%, and 1x ev/sales, it is the same level where the stock bottomed in 2010. Our sum of the parts analysis suggests NVDA is worth ~$13 per share vs. Friday’s closing price of $12.26. That would suggest the market is assigning a value of ($1.00) to Tegra. 2012E/2013E EPS is $0.75/$0.90 vs. Street at $0.67/$0.89."
