ThinkEquity's Yun Kim upgraded shares of Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL) from Hold to Buy Friday morning. The analyst's price target was raised from $28 to $33.

Kim cited recent checks showing steady business amid "poor investor sentiment." He recommends investors pull the trigger on Oracle shares ahead of the company's fourth-quarter report as results will likely be "at least in-line." Kim believes the company's first-quarter outlook will be "good enough to satisfy most investors."

With Oracle shares up 0.3 percent to $27.09 in pre-market action, Kim's new price target implies potential upside of about 22 percent.
