Several analysts at UBS revised ratings on a number of Tech names this morning:

• upgraded CommScope (NYSE: CTV) from Neutral to Buy while maintaining a $28 price target
  
• downgraded Western Digital (NYSE: WDC) from Buy to Neutral, price target lowered from $34 to $28.50
  
• downgraded Varian Semi (Nasdaq: VSEA) from Buy to Neutral, price target cut from $33 to $29
  
• Teradyne (NYSE: TER) from Buy to Neutral, price target reduced from $13.50 to $11
