Sterling Bancorp (NYSE: STL) today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.09 per common share, or $0.36 annualized.
The dividend is payable on December 31, 2009 to shareholders of record as of December 15, 2009. The ex-dividend is December 11, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 1.5%.
