Soleil Securities upgrades Iowa Telecommunications Services (NYSE: IWA) from Sell to Hold, price target increased from $10 to $11.
Soleil analyst says, "Iowa reported 3Q09 results with improved access line trends and higher free cash flow relative to our forecasts. We believe Iowa's current valuation properly balances the company's improving operations and attractive dividend yield (13.5%) with the risks associated with an industry that is in secular decline and the company's high dividend payout ratio and high financial leverage."
