Sohu.com Inc. (Nasdaq: SOHU) today announced that it has signed an agreement with its strategic partner CCTV.com, China's Official Internet/Mobile Broadcaster of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, to the new media rights to internet broadcasting for the Olympics.
As an authorized internet portal, Sohu will offer live webcasts and video-on-demand of the competitions together with the opening and closing ceremonies of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.
