NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Senior Housing Properties Trust (NYSE: SNH) today announced that it has scheduled its 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders for May 12, 2010. The record date for determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting is February 21, 2010.
