RadioShack Corporation (NYSE: RSH) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared an annual cash dividend of $0.25 per common share, or $1.00 annualized.
The dividend is payable on December 16, 2009, to shareholders of record on November 27, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 25, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 4.9%.
