Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: PNK) announced that Guido Bologna has been promoted to the newly created position of Vice President of Information Technology (I.T.). Russell Stokes, who most recently served as Director of Strategic Systems, has been promoted to Senior Director of I.T. Operations and Applications. Both promotions are effective immediately.
In his new role, Mr. Bologna will be responsible for the Company's software and infrastructure technology, with direct oversight and accountability for all system, network, application and integration processes. He assumes many of the operational duties of Carol Pride, the company's former Chief Information Officer, who has left the company to pursue other business opportunities.
