Oscar Gruss upgrades Retalix (Nasdaq: RLTX) from Hold to Buy. Price target $15.
Oscar analyst says, "This week RTLX shareholders approved the change in management and shareholder structure of the company following a nine month tug of war amongst the company’s board. We met with a representative from the Alpha Group as well as company’s management. We positively view the potential longterm implications on RTLX’s business and share price resulting from this transition."
