Nomura Upgrades Priceline.com (PCLN) to Neutral Ahead of Q1 Results

Shares of Priceline.com (NASDAQ: PCLN) are indicated for a lower open Monday morning despite an earlier upgrade from Nomura's Brian Nowak. The analyst lifted his investment rating on the stock from Reduce to Neutral, and boosted his price target from $670 to $725.

The upgrade comes ahead of Priceline's first-quarter results, expected out on Wednesday, May 9th. Analysts are currently looking for EPS of $3.94 on sales of $1.04 billion. The company generally reports just a few minutes after the closing bell.

Priceline.com shares last traded at $734.10, down about 0.3 percent from Friday's close.
