Morgan Stanley upgraded Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) from Equalweight to Overweight with a price target of $775.00.
The firm said the stock trades at a 25 percent discount to the online ad sector and sees U.S. and U.K. businesses growing at 11% CAGR from 2013-2016.
