MFA Financial, Inc. (NYSE: MFA) announced that its Board has approved a 13.6% increase in its quarterly dividend from $0.22 to $0.25 per common share, The dividend will be paid on July 31, 2009 to stockholders of record on July 13, 2009.
The ex-dividend date is July 9, 2009.
With shares of MFA Financial closing at $6.92 yesterday, the dividend now yields 14.5%.
