Jefferies upgraded Exelon (NYSE: EXC) to a Buy rating from its previous rating of Hold. They are also raising their price target to $44 from $42.50. The firm reports that the upgrade and raise in their price target is a result of an attractive yield and upside leverage to improving power markets. The company is reporting a yield of 5.3%, which is about 100 basis points higher than the utility group above average.
