Janney Montgomery Scott upgrades Basin Water Inc. (Nasdaq: BWTR) from Neutral to Buy, saying the sell-off is overdone. The firm notes that the recent sell-off was related to a negative report from Citron Research, which called the stock a "0".
The firm said the stock has sold off more than is warranted and they have a fair value target of $6 on the stock, which currently trades at around $4.50.
