Inverness Medical Innovations (Amex: IMA) raises bid for Biosite (Nasdaq: BSTE) from $90 to $92.50 per share.
Biosite is currently in a merger agreement with Bechman Coulter (NYSE: BEC) to be acquired for $90 per share.
Inverness CEO Ron Zwanziger said they, "are confident that Biosite will respond favorably to our new offer and once again deem it a Superior Proposal."
