Holly Corporation (NYSE: HOC) today announced the declaration of a regular quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.15 per share, or $0.60 annualized.
The dividend is payable on January 4, 2010, to holders of record on December 21, 2009. The ex-dividend date is December 17, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 2%.
Holly Corporation and its subsidiaries operate as a petroleum refiner in the United States. It produces gasoline, diesel fuel, and jet fuel.
