Goldman Sachs upgraded AutoZone (NYSE: AZO) from Sell to Neutral with a price target of $370 (up from $341).

The firm sees continued traction from AutoZone's commercial rollout and strong capital allocation discipline. Goldman expects "sustainably lofty financial returns" to support the valuation.
