Goldman Sachs upgrades Aeropostale (NYSE: ARO) from Sell to Neutral but lowers their 6-month price target to $34 from $41.
The firm said, "We continue to see a combination of decelerating momentum, sector leading margins and limited store growth as a barrier to appreciation in the stock. However, after last week’s sharp sell-off on October sales, we see less room for absolute downside and modest upside risk if
sales reaccelerate ahead of Holiday."
